Tiffany Joi O'Neal was born & raised on the Southside of Chicago in the Roseland community. After receiving her B.A. in English from Tennessee State University, she pursued her MBA in Finance from National Louis University (downtown Chicago) because she knew deep down, one day she wanted to start her very own business.

It was also during this time when Tiffany's Mother was experiencing excruciating pain after having knee replacement surgery. Tiffany decided to focus on providing her Mom with an alternative ‘natural’ solution. It took several months and a ton of research to curate the 'winning batch’— and so it was, Hemp Heals Body Shop was born.
